Whoa! (2)

I thought the one in Boston was big but they reckon this one is the biggest in North America*.

It's another Japanese Pagoda Tree (Sophora japonica).

This one's on Martha's Vineyard and was planted in 1837.

No, it's not dead - it just hasn't put on it's new leaves yet.
