I planted these trees in 1993 as part of the landscaping I did at this house.
The owner had a supermarket so I drove his truck up to Benara Nursery, loaded up six Norfolk Island Pines, brought 'em back and stuck 'em in!
It's very pleasing to see them looking so good 23 years later.
It's also quite useful to have some "known planting date" trees to use as a benchmark for the performance of a species in a given environment. It is an irrigated verge though which makes it less useful I guess.
By the way, they're not leaning over as much as it looks - it's distortion from the wide angle lens.
